PDI Cooler Giveaway 2025 

1. Official Rule: 
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

The PDI Cooler Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) commences on October 24, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (“CT”), and ends on November 7, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. 

2. Sponsor:
PDI Technologies, Inc., 14241 Dallas Pkwy #350, Dallas, Texas 75254 (“Sponsor”). 

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its parent and affiliate companies, and immediate family and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Participants must have a valid email address and may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility upon request. 

To enter, participants must complete the designated AI in Convenience Survey as specified by PDI and provide their information via the AI in Convenience Survey during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries exceeding the limit will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules. 

3. Prize (1 total):
One (1) winner will be selected during the Sweepstakes Period to receive a cooler. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and any other expenses not listed. 

4. Drawings and Odds:
One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected during the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received.  

Winners will be notified via email within one (1) business day of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected. 

5. Release:
By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or prize use. 

6. Publicity: 
Except where prohibited, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and location for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

7. General Conditions: 
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. 

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or any injury or damage resulting from participation or prize use. Sponsor disclaims any liability for losses or injuries caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or government regulation. 

8. Arbitration: 
Disputes will be resolved individually by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. No class actions permitted. 

9. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction: 
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action must be brought in Texas courts. 

10. Privacy Policy:
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://pditechnologies.com/privacy-policy/pdi-privacy-policy/. Sponsor will not sell or share personal information with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment or as required by law.
