Convenience Store News 2026 Future Leaders in Convenience (FLIC) award recognizes forty-three rising stars from 27 retailer, distributor and supplier companies across the U.S. convenience store industry. Now in its ninth year, the goal of the FLIC program is to celebrate and help develop the next generation of c-store industry leaders by providing a forum for up-and-comers to hone their leadership talent, while recognizing the achievements of a select few emerging leaders.
