Dawn joined PDI in 2020 as the SVP & GM, International Solutions and is based in the UK, EMEA. Dawn brings over 22 years of experience in IT and tech to PDI. She has led global teams in the convenience retail, retail, hospitality, banking, logistics, and business services industries.  As a multifaceted business leader Dawn focuses on enabling customers’ business transformation with game-changing services and solutions. 

Before joining PDI, Dawn was involved in blue-chip International corporate organizations NCR, Fujitsu, and Doddle, a UK start-up. She helped navigate the complex technology ecosystem to keep global customers on the leading edge of their industries to accelerate growth. Dawn is a veteran of the Royal Air Force and belongs to the Institute of Directors, a British professional organization for company directors, senior business leaders, and entrepreneurs.
