PDI Technologies

2025 ESG Update

Message from the CEO

In 2024, PDI Technologies published its inaugural ESG Report, establishing a foundation for how we measure, manage, and communicate our environmental, social, and governance efforts. Since then, our focus has been on building that foundation through continuous improvement, stronger data practices, and practical action.

Over the past year, we have continued to strengthen the consistency and quality of our greenhouse gas emissions reporting and are enhancing our approach to evaluating carbon offset projects to support greater transparency and environmental impact. We also expanded our sustainability consulting and reporting capabilities to help customers stay ahead of evolving sustainability expectations and climate disclosure requirements.

At the same time, we remain committed to responsible business practices, transparency, and accountability across our organization. As our ESG initiatives continue to mature, we are focused on improving the quality of our disclosures, strengthening governance processes, and integrating sustainability considerations into long-term decision making.

We believe we’ll achieve meaningful progress over time through collaboration, continuous improvement, and a willingness to evolve. This year’s update reflects the progress we have made since our inaugural report and highlights the areas where we continue to focus our efforts moving forward.

As we look ahead, we remain committed to advancing responsible business practices, supporting our customers’ sustainability goals, and continuing to improve the quality and consistency of our ESG reporting.

As sustainability expectations and climate disclosure requirements evolve globally, PDI continues expanding its sustainability consulting and reporting capabilities to support customers in understanding, managing, and communicating environmental impact.

During 2025, PDI strengthened our sustainability advisory capabilities through emissions reporting support, climate disclosure guidance, and customer sustainability program development across Ireland, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the Czech Republic, and the United States.

During the year, PDI supported H&S Energy Group in developing a TCFD-aligned climate disclosure report designed to address evolving California sustainability and climate reporting expectations.

This engagement reflected PDI’s continued focus on delivering practical sustainability guidance and reporting support tailored to specific customer needs and evolving regulatory landscapes.

At PDI, we believe one of our greatest opportunities for impact is helping customers navigate increasingly complex sustainability expectations through practical tools, reporting expertise, and tailored environmental solutions.

As sustainability reporting frameworks and climate-related regulations continue to evolve globally, PDI remains focused on supporting customers with transparent, actionable, and scalable sustainability solutions.

Planet

In 2024, PDI Technologies completed our first comprehensive greenhouse gas inventory, establishing a baseline understanding of emissions across our operations and value chain. Since then, our focus has been on improving the consistency, reliability, and repeatability of our environmental reporting processes.

During 2025, we continued refining data collection methodologies, strengthening visibility into emissions sources, and enhancing internal reporting practices to support more informed decision making and long-term sustainability planning.

As our operations evolve, emissions totals may fluctuate due to factors such as operational changes, office consolidations, and ongoing improvements in data quality and reporting accuracy. PDI views sustainability reporting as an ongoing process, and we remain committed to improving the quality and transparency of our disclosures.

As sustainability expectations continue evolving, PDI remains focused on improving the quality, transparency, and integrity of the environmental projects included within customer sustainability programs.

During 2025, PDI strengthened its standards for evaluating carbon offset projects by enhancing registry requirements, improving project diversification, updating vintage criteria, and leveraging its partnership with Sylvera to gain deeper insights into project quality.

PDI continues developing customized carbon offset project portfolios aligned with both customer sustainability objectives and internal environmental quality standards to support meaningful and measurable environmental impact. The use of these credits addresses the areas of our clients’ Scope 3 emissions that they are otherwise unable to address.

Governance

PDI continues integrating environmental, social, and governance considerations into broader business operations, risk management activities, and long-term decision-making processes.

As sustainability expectations, climate-related risks, and disclosure requirements change, PDI remains focused on strengthening internal governance processes, improving transparency, and enhancing the quality and consistency of ESG-related reporting.
