2025 ESG Update: Building on Our Sustainability Foundation

When PDI Technologies published its inaugural ESG Report in 2024, we established a foundation for how we measure, manage, and communicate our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts. Over the past year, we’ve continued building on that foundation—strengthening our reporting processes, expanding our sustainability capabilities, and helping customers navigate an increasingly complex sustainability landscape.

Our 2025 ESG Update reflects this continued progress. It highlights meaningful advancements across our People, Planet, and Governance initiatives while reinforcing our commitment to transparency, continuous improvement, and delivering practical Sustainability Solutions that support our customers’ evolving goals.

Progress across people, planet, and governance

The 2025 report update showcases how PDI continues advancing responsible business practices while helping organizations better understand, measure, and manage their environmental impact.

People: supporting our communities and our customers

At PDI, sustainability extends beyond environmental initiatives—it includes investing in our people, supporting our communities, and helping customers succeed.

In 2025, we maintained a global workforce of more than 2,100 employees while successfully integrating 124 team members through the acquisition of P97 Networks. Across our offices, associates participated in volunteer programs, charitable giving, disaster relief efforts, and community outreach initiatives that made a meaningful difference in the communities where we live and work.

At the same time, we continued expanding our sustainability consulting and reporting capabilities to help customers navigate evolving climate disclosure requirements and sustainability expectations. Today, PDI supports sustainability programs across Ireland, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the Czech Republic, and the United States, serving organizations that collectively reach approximately one million end customers worldwide.

Planet: delivering meaningful environmental impact

As organizations place greater emphasis on environmental responsibility, PDI continues strengthening both our own environmental reporting and the sustainability solutions we provide customers.

One of this year’s most significant milestones was completing our second year of greenhouse gas emissions reporting while continuing to improve the consistency, reliability, and transparency of our data collection and reporting processes. These ongoing improvements help create a stronger foundation for informed decision-making and long-term environmental planning.

Beyond reporting, our customer sustainability programs continue delivering measurable environmental impact. Since inception, these programs have supported more than 16.6 million metric tons of CO₂e emissions offsets and 100 metric tons of plastic offsets. We also responsibly processed nearly 34,000 electronic devices through our electronics recycling initiatives, supporting circular economy practices and reducing landfill waste.

During 2025, we also strengthened our approach to evaluating carbon offset projects by enhancing project quality standards, expanding diversification requirements, and leveraging our partnership with Sylvera to provide greater transparency and confidence in environmental outcomes.

Governance: strengthening transparency and accountability

Strong governance provides the framework that supports meaningful ESG progress.

Throughout 2025, we’ve continued integrating climate-related risks into governance and enterprise risk management processes while advancing our climate disclosure practices. We completed our second year of greenhouse gas emissions reporting, participated in external climate disclosure reporting through CDP, and continued aligning our reporting with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).

These efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to improving reporting quality, increasing transparency, and strengthening the governance practices that support responsible, long-term business decisions.

Helping customers achieve their sustainability goals

One of the greatest opportunities for impact is helping our customers achieve theirs.

As sustainability regulations and stakeholder expectations continue evolving, organizations need practical solutions that simplify reporting, improve transparency, and support long-term environmental objectives. Throughout 2025, PDI expanded its sustainability advisory services to help customers strengthen emissions reporting, prepare for climate disclosures, and develop sustainability programs tailored to their unique business needs.

Whether supporting climate disclosure readiness, improving reporting capabilities, or delivering environmental solutions that produce measurable results, we’re committed to helping customers navigate an increasingly complex sustainability landscape with confidence.

Looking ahead

Sustainability is a journey built on continuous improvement.

As our ESG program continues to mature, PDI remains focused on strengthening environmental reporting, enhancing governance, expanding responsible environmental initiatives, and supporting customers as they work toward their own sustainability goals. Each step forward builds on the foundation we’ve established and reinforces our commitment to transparency, accountability, and meaningful progress.
