TEMPLE, TEXAS – April 4, 2017 – PDI, a leading global provider of enterprise-class software solutions to the convenience retail and wholesale petroleum industries, today announced the acquisition of three privately owned companies –– DataMax Group Inc., LOMOSOFT, and FireStream WorldWide Inc., which will accelerate the company’s growth and expand its footprint around the globe into six continents, as well as serving operators regardless of size and operating model. The acquisition of DataMax and LOMOSOFT are consistent with the company’s strategy to grow internationally and provide customers with a single, integrated solution in the countries they serve. In addition to this substantial expansion around the world, PDI will also strengthen and broaden its software solutions portfolio with the addition of a comprehensive and full fuel wholesale offering, including supply chain and logistics management.
