After first joining the 2020 Andretti Autosport stable in support of Marco Andretti, Andretti Herta Autosport with Marco Andretti and Curb-Agajanian welcomes PDI back for the 2022 season. In addition to being featured on the No. 98, the No. 27 NAPA AUTO PARTS / AutoNation machine of Alexander Rossi will carry the PDI branding for the full 2022 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season.

Andretti has recorded eight top-10 finishes and four podium results in his 16 Indy 500 race starts, additionally earning the Indianapolis 500 pole position in 2020. He will look to capitalize on his experience at the famed 2.5-mile oval and achieve his first Indianapolis 500 victory in 2022.
The No. 98 KULR Technology Group / Curb Honda will take to the track for testing on April 20 ahead of the official Indianapolis 500 Opening Day on May 17. Andretti is the fifth entry to the Andretti Autosport lineup, alongside Alexander Rossi (No. 27 NAPA AUTO PARTS / AutoNation Honda), Colton Herta (No. 26 Gainbridge Honda), Devlin DeFrancesco (No. 29 PowerTap Honda) and Romain Grosjean (No. 28 DHL Honda). The 106th Running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge will be seen May 29 with live coverage on NBC.
